Tell me Tan, was the hardest part trying to convice himt hat he could indeed right-click? Heaven knows my clients always that an issue with that. I swear they were all Mac addicts. :)
This makes me kinda sad. And I don't mean in a funny way. Hmm, then again, there are people that don't know what a kom-poot-oar is, so I guess it's to be expected.

He called back today, but I was on the other line. This was the message I got: He would like you to give him a call. He doesn't have a phone with him so he said you'll have to go through the switchboard, but he doesn't remember that number. He was pretty sure you knew what the number is.
Okay, I take it back. People really are that 'special', aren't they? I feel for ya. More power to you. You must be a saint to put up with this stuff. I'd be slamming my head through the nearest wall by now if I were in your position :)

It wasn't as bad as the one I had to teach how to double click. A tough thing to do over the phone.
The worst part is, I support geophysical software. Which implies some computer skill on the part of the user.
