Since my eating habits have slid from bad to atrocious, I've decided to try and stop eating chocolate and potato chips. Which really puts a damper on my 3 o'clock eating binge.
I should probably add ice cream to the list too.

My dad always tells me that if eating chocolate cake makes me happy than I should eat that chocolate cake because depression isn't healthy either. That may have something to do with the fact that my diets never work out, but oh well.
